1. What Glenica is

Glenica is a browser extension and a companion app that runs on your computer. Together they connect your n8n canvas to an AI assistant. You power it with your own Claude subscription or your own OpenRouter API key.

2. Who can use Glenica

You must be legally able to enter into a contract to use Glenica. If you use it for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Your account

Keep your account login and any API keys you add safe. You are responsible for them. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us at support@glenica.com.

4. Paying for Glenica

Payments are handled by Paddle.com Inc., which sells Glenica on our behalf as the merchant of record. That means billing, invoices, taxes and refunds follow Paddle's own rules, including the Paddle Buyer Terms. When you buy, you agree to those terms too.

5. Free trials and fair use

Each person gets one free trial. We use automated checks to spot repeat trial signups and fraud. If we reasonably find fraud or abuse, we may refuse service, suspend the account, or decline a refund.

6. Your AI provider

Whether you use your Claude subscription or an OpenRouter key, you are responsible for your usage, its costs, and following that provider's own terms (Anthropic for Claude, or OpenRouter). We don't control those providers and are not responsible for their uptime, prices or policies.

7. What you agree not to do

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute Glenica except as these terms allow
• Resell or sublicense Glenica without our written permission
• Use Glenica for anything illegal
• Try to get around our fraud-prevention or security checks

8. Who owns Glenica

Glenica belongs to us. These terms let you use it for your own personal or business purposes. That permission is personal to you, can't be transferred, and we can withdraw it, for example if these terms are broken.

9. No guarantees

Glenica is provided "as is" and "as available." As far as the law allows, we make no promises or guarantees about it, whether stated or implied.

10. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for costs or losses you run up through your own account with an AI provider.

11. Ending your access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, including for fraud or abuse. You can stop using Glenica at any time, and ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using Glenica after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
